Products Return

Return and Exchange:

Full-Priced Products: You can return or exchange products bought at full price (MRP) within 7 days of delivery subject to the conditions mentioned under clause 6 below.

Sale or Discounted Products: Only exchanges are allowed for products purchased during sales or at a discount. No returns will be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at diverse.emporium2023@gmail.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process

Refund Process:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: To process a refund, we require a cancelled cheque to initiate the payment to your bank account

Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders:

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share an image or video showing the issue.

Exchange Process:

For exchanges, we will issue a credit note that can be used to place a new order online.

Important: Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash

Product Condition for Returns/Exchanges:

Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.

Products should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Items without original tags or that show signs of use will not be accepted.
